We combine a handwriting analysis with a psychometric test to show how a candidate or employee really works — their traits, strengths and weaknesses — with a clear reason behind every recommendation.
Each test sees the person from a different angle. Together they give a more balanced, more reliable view than either one alone.
HANDWRITING ANALYSIS
How the person naturally works
The candidate writes a short passage and signs it. Our graphologists read it for natural tendencies that are hard to fake.
Energy, drive and work pace
How they handle pressure and stress
Confidence and self-image (from the signature)
Included in every assessment

Questions HR teams ask
Is the psychometric test compulsory?
No, it’s optional. But we include it by default because a structured test alongside handwriting gives a more balanced, dependable recommendation.
What does the candidate need to prepare?
A pen, plain paper and a phone to photograph the handwriting sample. If they are also taking the psychometric test, they need an internet connection and a quiet place to answer naturally. No studying or special preparation is needed.
What is the difference between the two reports?
The HR Report focuses on working style, strengths and areas to explore with a candidate or employee. The Leadership Report focuses on leadership behaviours and development priorities for someone taking on more responsibility.
Can we use this for our existing employees?
Yes. The process can support development conversations with current employees as well as conversations with candidates. Explain the purpose and how the report will be used before inviting someone to participate.
Should the report decide who we hire or promote?
Use the report alongside structured interviews, work samples and evidence from the person’s work. Handwriting interpretations are not validated measures of job performance or suitability; they offer themes to discuss, rather than a decision on their own.
