Interviews show the best side
Candidates prepare for interviews. How they handle pressure, change or conflict only shows up after joining.
SOULERA FOR HIRING
Every candidate takes a psychometric test and a handwriting assessment. You get their key traits, strengths and weaknesses — and our recommendation, with clear reasons.

THE PROBLEM
Most hiring decisions rest on a CV and an hour of conversation. That’s rarely enough to see the real person.
Candidates prepare for interviews. How they handle pressure, change or conflict only shows up after joining.
Without a common view, decisions come down to gut feel and whoever argues hardest.
Salary, training time and team morale — all spent before you find out it isn’t working.
WHAT YOU LEARN
The personality traits that shape how they work, decide and handle pressure.
What they’ll do well from day one, and where they’ll add the most value.
Where they may struggle, and what support they’ll need to succeed.
Recommended, consider, or not recommended — always with the reason why.
THE REPORT
No jargon, no 40-page PDF. One report that your hiring manager can read in a few minutes — and act on.

WHY WE RECOMMEND
Both tests point to a reliable, self-driven worker. Best placed in a role with clear ownership — give structured guidance when priorities shift.
ASK IN THE INTERVIEW
“Tell me about a time priorities changed halfway through a project. What did you do?”
COMPARE YOUR SHORTLIST
Assessed against the same role, in the same way — so your team compares like with like.
| Candidate | Top strength | Main weakness | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Candidate A | Takes full ownership | Slow with sudden change | Recommended |
| Candidate B | Creative problem-solver | Misses fine detail | Consider |
| Candidate C | Strong communicator | Avoids ownership under pressure | Not recommended |
HOW IT WORKS
Name, email, phone number and department.
They get a link explaining both tests and who sees the results.
A short online questionnaire from any phone or laptop.
A short handwritten passage and signature, uploaded as a photo.
One combined report and a call with our expert.
Send the candidate a personal link. They complete both tests on their own.
HR collects the handwriting sample at the interview and uploads it for the candidate.
The handwriting sample is part of every assessment. The psychometric test is optional, but we include it by default — it gives a more balanced, dependable recommendation.
Candidates complete a short handwritten passage and, if included, the psychometric questionnaire. We’ll walk you through the candidate experience and report turnaround for your hiring process in the demo.
You can add candidates for different roles and experience levels. Keep the role’s responsibilities and expectations clear, then read each report alongside relevant interviews, work samples and experience.
No. Your hiring team makes the final decision. Treat the report as an input to explore in conversation, alongside interviews and role-relevant evidence. Handwriting interpretations are not validated measures of job performance or selection suitability.
Book a short demo. Bring a role you’re hiring for and we’ll show you a real sample report.
