Managers find out how people handle stress and feedback through friction.

No specific, personal focus area to act on.
People leave the conversation not knowing what to work on.
PUTTING INSIGHTS INTO PRACTICE
Start from agreed role requirements, use report themes as prompts, and assess every answer against the same criteria.
Review themes with the employee, check them against their experience, and agree how to work together.
Pick one theme, tie it to a recent work situation, then agree one action to practise and a check-in to review.

CLIENT STORIES
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
A few things to know about bringing SoulEra into your people conversations.
You will receive the detailed behavioral analysis within 48 hours of submitting the candidate’s handwriting sample.
Yes. Handwriting reflects a person’s current behavioral patterns, so as someone grows, their handwriting changes too. We recommend a re-assessment after about 6 months to measure progress and see the impact of development programs.
Skills and behavior are two different things. Skill shows what a person can do. Behavior shows how they will do it consistently, especially under pressure or in situations they don’t enjoy.
Example: A salesperson may know the product perfectly and do routine tasks well. However, if their behavior shows hesitation in front of people, they may avoid giving demos to customers. Without demos, they cannot deliver real value, no matter how skilled they are.
That is why SoulEra focuses on behavior first. Skills can be trained quickly, but behavior decides long-term performance.
Most Gen Z challenges come from a gap in understanding, not a lack of ability. Our assessment shows each young employee’s motivators, communication style, and response to authority and feedback. Managers can then adjust how they assign work, give feedback, and build engagement. This reduces friction and early attrition.
We work with teams of all sizes, from a few key hires to company-wide assessments. For larger groups, we plan the rollout in batches so every report gets the same depth of analysis.
No. SoulEra’s assessment is a behavioral and workforce development tool, not a medical or diagnostic tool. It cannot diagnose dementia or any health condition. If you have concerns about an employee’s health, please refer them to a qualified medical professional.
Yes. People type more today, but they have not forgotten how to write. Many leaders still journal and take handwritten notes. Handwriting is a natural, subconscious activity. It shows real behavioral patterns that are much harder to “fake” than answers on a typical online questionnaire.
